PAT Testing Logbook & Reports
Certificates & Asset Records
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Scan, test and certify on site. Get a pass or fail and a professional certificate PDF. Works offline; your records stay yours.
Scan the appliance, run the test, and email your client a professional PAT certificate before you're back in the van. Your first 3 certificates are free: full features, no watermark, no time limit. After that, one payment unlocks unlimited certificates for good. No subscription, no account, and no cloud between you and your own records.
Built for UK PAT testers, electricians and facilities staff who test portable appliances and need the paperwork done on site.
WORK THE WAY YOU TEST
• Batch flow: scan or pick an appliance, enter checks and readings, get an instant pass/fail, move on
• Barcode & QR: re-scan an existing appliance tag and its details fill themselves
• Class-aware forms for Class I, II, III/visual-only and IT equipment
• Visual inspection checklists, editable limits, notes and photos
THE PAPERWORK, DONE
• Professional PAT certificate PDF with your logo, details and signature
• Asset register PDF for the whole site
• Failed items clearly flagged and repeated in their own summary
• Email or share before you leave; PDFs are files you own
REPEAT WORK, BANKED
• Agreed retest intervals with HSE-derived starting suggestions you can change
• Due list for overdue and upcoming retests
• Optional weekly reminder digest generated on your device
FREE TO TRY, YOURS FOR GOOD
• Your first 3 certificates are completely free — the full app, not a crippled demo
• A one-off payment then unlocks unlimited certificates; never a subscription
• Nothing already created is taken away or locked: every issued certificate remains open, searchable and exportable
YOUR DATA IS YOURS
• Your PAT records stay on your iPhone or iPad; testing and certificates work without signal
• Automatic backup to your own iCloud Drive — your Apple account, not our servers
• One-file backup and restore; full CSV export any time, free or unlocked
• No account and no provider lock-in
• Control product analytics, usage totals and optional advertising measurement in Settings; none includes your PAT records
The guidance section summarises HSE guidance on maintaining portable electrical equipment and cites its sources. Contains public sector information licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0. You remain the competent person: the app records your results and decisions.

Fixes for iOS 27: client search works again and archived certificates open reliably. Larger tap targets, a clearer Due screen and more dependable crash reporting. Advertising results now use Apple's privacy-preserving attribution only.
