THE FEDERAL LEAK RULES, WORKED OUT
Most small firms have never worked a leak rate out. AirCert does it every time you log refrigerant:
· the rate, by either method 40 CFR 84.106(b) allows
· the threshold for that kind of equipment — 20% commercial refrigeration, 30% industrial process, 10% comfort cooling
· whether you are over it, and the exact date the repair is due
· the verification test, the inspection cadence, the retrofit plan and the chronic-leak report, each with its own deadline
· and the clocks STOP when the rule says they stop — four clean quarters, or a follow-up test that passes
It knows the difference between the AIM Act rule for HFCs at 15 lb and CAA §608 for R-22 at 50 lb, and it will never tell a residential AC technician that a rule applies to them when it does not.

IF YOU STOP SUBSCRIBING
Nothing is deleted. Your records stay, read-only. Federal rules make the OWNER keep refrigerant records for three years — and for three years after the appliance is retired — and we are not going to be the reason one goes missing.

SUBSCRIPTIONS
Solo (1 technician), Team 5 (owner + 4) and Team 10 (owner + 9), monthly or annual, each with a 7-day free trial. Scan tokens are sold separately in packs and do not expire.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period. Manage your subscription and turn off auto-renew in your Apple Account settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
