AI Workout Coach to design a unique perfect workout based on your goals and current experience
Meet Setwise, a simple workout log with a coach that remembers what matters to you.
START IN YOUR OWN WORDS
Describe your goals, schedule, equipment and restrictions. Setwise turns that context into a workout and explains the plan in plain language.
LOG AS YOU GO
Check off completed sets, adjust reps and enter weights only when you want to. New exercises start without an assumed weight. Confirmed weights can carry forward for the same gym and equipment, including machine settings.
KEEP YOUR COACH UP TO DATE
Review your coaching memory and tell Setwise when your preferences or circumstances change. Add feedback after a session to help guide future workouts.
BUILD YOUR ROUTINE
Return to saved workouts, view your session history and choose workout reminders.
START FREE
Your first generated workout, manual logging and repeating saved workouts are free. Setwise Coach adds ongoing AI workout generation and adaptation through an optional monthly or annual subscription.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in your Apple account settings before renewal. Payment is charged to your Apple account. You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings.
Setwise is for adults 18 and older. AI recommendations can be incorrect. Setwise does not diagnose or treat injuries; stop an exercise if it causes pain.
