At 1am the message is already written in your head. SendLess gives it somewhere to go that isn’t them, and keeps count of every day you don’t send it.
GET TALKED DOWN
When you set up SendLess you write down, while you’re clear, why it ended and why you won’t text them. When the urge hits, tap one button. SendLess shows you your own words first, then one short line written for that moment from your answers. Want a different angle or the longer version? Ask. Ready to leave it? Close it and keep your streak.
BURN IT
Type the whole thing. Every message, as many as it takes. Hit send. Watch it burn. Nothing you write in SendLess can reach them: there is no recipient, no account, no way to actually send.
KEEP COUNT
Your streak starts from the day you last made contact, not the day you installed the app. Three weeks quiet already? You start on day 21. A live clock, the next milestone, and a record of every text you burned and every time you chose not to.
WHEN IT’S HARD
• Give it ten minutes: a timer, and no decision until it ends.
• Save the lines that land and reread them anytime.
• Remember why: keep the parts your brain edits out when you miss them.
• An optional evening check-in around the hour it usually hits you. No streak nagging.
HOW IT WORKS
• Setup shows you everything before you pay: your first reminder, written from your answers, and your first burned message.
• Reminders are written by AI models from your own answers, so they need a connection. If SendLess can’t write one, it says so and lets you try again. It never shows you a canned line.
• No account, no login. Everything you write stays on your phone. Your answers are sent to api.sendless.app only to write your reminders, and are not stored or logged there.
• No statistics, no “most people”. Only your own words and your own count.
