KNOW YOUR NEXT MOVE Choose a client task, prepare your opening and questions, and save the next step. Record contact results and set reminders so you can pick up where you left off. PREPARE BEFORE YOU CALL Keep your own notes, choose a starting point and shape the conversation in your own words. Save preparation for the person you plan to contact. PRACTICE WITH LINDA Rehearse buyer conversations, listing presentations and price-reduction discussions with AI roleplay. Review feedback before your real conversation. Practice is separate from actual calls and appointments. BUILD YOUR FIRST 90 DAYS Launch provides daily guidance for new agents, sphere-of-influence outreach and weekly review. An eligible account can start one 7-day Launch trial when enrolling. Continued program access is available with Pro. PROPERTY AND STUDIO WORKSPACE Organize properties and create listing materials, photo projects and marketing content. Keep projects and saved work together. FREE AND PRO Free includes core client tasks, manual preparation, results and reminders, plus limited tool allowances. Linda includes 3 sessions per month on Free and 30 on Pro; writing includes 10 uses per month on Free and 500 on Pro. Property and Studio tools have additional usage allowances. Limits are displayed in the app and shared across the EstatePass account. Pro is available monthly, quarterly or as a one-time Lifetime purchase. Lifetime has the same usage limits as Pro; it does not include unlimited AI usage. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Monthly and quarterly subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings.
