Pause helps you take a short movement break during your working day. Choose a guided routine or a single stretch, follow three clear instruction steps, and let the timer guide you.

Your break belongs to you. No streaks to protect, no competitive scores, and no need to turn your workday into a workout.
Pause provides general wellness guidance. Move gently and stop if it hurts. If you have an injury, persistent pain, or a condition that affects movement, seek advice from a qualified clinician. These routines are not a medical treatment.
Pause Plus includes continued access to the full movement and breathing library and reminder setup. The selected subscription renews every month or every three months until canceled in Apple Account settings. Price varies by storefront and is shown before purchase. Restore Purchases and subscription management are available in the app.

Your first Pause is simpler. Choose what you need and whether you prefer to sit or stand, then start a suggested break. You can change these choices and your scenery later in Settings.

You can also choose to share anonymous usage counts to help us improve Pause. This is optional and can be turned off in Privacy & data.
