Newest first, with the day and date as headings. You see at a glance which meetings have minutes.
Search everything
One search field at the top finds words in titles, minutes, action items, decisions and in every single line said. You see where it matched, and who said it.

The full transcript with names and times, just as the Mac wrote it.
Calendar and categories
Browse meetings month by month, or by folder, person, company, app and tag.
Action items that follow along
Tick off an item on your phone, and it shows as done on the Mac. Add an item to Reminders with one tap. Copy the minutes, or share them.
Only yours
Meetings come from your own iCloud, encrypted with a key only you hold. Transcripts and meeting notes are made on the Mac, and nothing passes through us.
Requires Automagisk for Mac with iCloud sync turned on. Without the Mac you can browse nine sample meetings and see how everything works.
From audio recording to meeting notes
Share an audio recording from Voice Memos, Notes or Files to Automagisk. Enable “Send audio to Mac” on iPhone and “Audio from iPhone” in Automagisk on Mac. An awake Mac using the same iCloud account processes the recording and returns the transcript and meeting notes.
Share what you need
Choose whether to include decisions and action items. Preview, copy or share readable text. PDF exports follow the same list selections.

Share an audio recording from Voice Memos, Notes or Files to Automagisk. Your Mac creates the transcript and meeting notes, which return to your iPhone. Enable “Send audio to Mac” on iPhone and “Audio from iPhone” on Mac.
Choose whether to include the decisions and action items when sharing meeting notes. Both lists are selected by default. The original meeting notes remain included.
