Just say it - Taskmi turns it into tasks with dates and people. Share spaces with family, flatmates or your team and get reminded before every deadline.
Say it — and it's a task.
Taskmi is a calm, shared to-do list for the people you plan life with. Speak or type one sentence like "Buy milk tomorrow at 9am, call mom tonight and pay rent Friday" — Taskmi's AI splits it into separate tasks with dates, times, a space and the right person. Check the drafts, tap once, and everyone is in sync.
WHY PEOPLE USE TASKMI
• One sentence, many tasks — AI understands "tomorrow evening" or "next Friday" in 100+ languages.
• Shared spaces — Family, Flat, Work, Friends: each space has its own members and tasks.
• Assign to anyone — send a task to your partner, flatmate or colleague; they get a notification right away.
• Every deadline in one list — Overdue, Today, Tomorrow and Later, sorted for you.
• Calendar — see your week at a glance and export tasks to your iPhone Calendar.
• Reminders — 7 days, 24, 12, 3 and 1 hour before a deadline, plus a Live Activity countdown in the final hour.
• Native iPhone app — fast, light and dark mode, in English, Russian and Spanish.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Tap + and say or type what needs to be done.
2. Check the drafts: date, space and who does it.
3. Add them — your people see them instantly.
SPACES FOR YOUR PEOPLE
Invite people with a link. Admins manage members and tasks; members only see the spaces they joined. Personal tasks stay private to you.
PRIVACY FIRST
• No ads, no tracking, no analytics SDKs.
• AI works only after you allow it. To create drafts, Taskmi sends what you type or record — with the names of your spaces and people — to OpenAI. We don't store your recordings or texts.
• EU and UK users: under the GDPR you can access, export or delete your data at any time — write to apps.help.desk@icloud.com.
TASKMI PRO
Creating tasks — by voice, text or by hand — is part of Taskmi Pro. Without Pro you can still join spaces and complete tasks people send you.
• Monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription. The yearly plan includes a 1-month free trial for new subscribers.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Manage or cancel any time in your App Store account settings. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
