Recado turns what was said into a document you can use.
Record a meeting, a class, an appointment or an idea from your iPhone or Apple Watch. Get a transcript with speakers and a summary: what was discussed, what was agreed and who will do what. Works in English and Spanish; choose the summary language in Settings.

THE NOTE

• Six templates: Meeting, Class, Idea, Interview, Q&A and WhatsApp audio. Switch templates and regenerate anytime.
• Edit the text by hand, with no limits and no requests used.
• Ask the chat for changes: "make it shorter", "add the amounts", "what was said about the budget?". Review the proposal before applying it, and go back to the original summary whenever you want.
SCHEDULE AND SHARE
• Review commitments with dates, along with the sentence and minute they came from.
• Create events or reminders only after you confirm them. Recado never schedules anything on its own.
• Share via WhatsApp, Mail or Notes. Export to PDF, Markdown or plain text.
YOUR LIBRARY
• Folders, tags, search across titles, summaries and transcripts, and a 30-day trash.
• Import from Files and Voice Memos, or share audio to Recado from another app and open Recado to prepare it.
• Sign in with Apple is optional and links your Recado account. To sync notes and edits, iCloud must also be available in your device Settings. Audio stays on the device that received it.
PLANS
Start free, no purchase needed.
• Free: 50 minutes of processed audio and 5 chat requests per month. One per iPhone per month; on high-demand days, a note may arrive the next day.
• Essential: 1,000 minutes of processed audio and 50 chat requests per month.
• Pro: 2,000 minutes of processed audio and 100 chat requests per month.
All three have the same quality, templates and exports. Essential and Pro are monthly or annual subscriptions, with no free trial, and the local price and auto-renewal are shown before you buy. Allowances reset every month, including on annual plans, and don't roll over. Regenerating uses one request; editing by hand doesn't. If you cancel, you return to the Free plan and can keep reading, editing by hand and exporting your notes.
YOUR DATA
Notes live on your device and, if you turn on sync, their text and edits also live in your iCloud. Recado services and AI providers are used to process the audio. When processing finishes, the temporary audio is deleted; if something fails, cleanup may take longer. The temporary result is deleted once the app confirms it was saved, or when it expires. See the privacy policy for retention periods and provider terms. You can export your notes and request deletion from Settings; deleting your data does not cancel your subscription.
The microphone is required to record. Captions, notifications, Calendar and Reminders are optional. Tell others before you record and get any consent required where you are. Transcripts and summaries may contain errors: double-check dates and agreements. Recado does not record phone calls.
