REQUESTS: YOUR OWN LINK Share one link in your Instagram bio, on your website or in a text. People send the car they want, their contact details and, if they choose, a monthly target or down payment — no account, no credit check. Each request lands in Requests; nothing becomes a customer until you add it, and nobody is contacted automatically. Your page shows your name, brokerage, photo and updates about cars a dealer has confirmed. QUOTE PDF Turn a saved offer into a clean PDF on your iPhone to share or print. It includes the dealer's figures and terms as you saved them; your notes, your fee and the dealer's contact details are never included. PRIVATE CUSTOMER FEEDBACK Invite a customer to share private feedback through a link. It is never published, the customer decides whether you can read it, and it is deleted after 90 days. You can hide feedback from your list or report it to Dealdesk. CUSTOMERS AND OFFERS Keep each customer's requested car, budget, quotes, offers and activity together. Compare offers side by side — price, monthly, due at signing, term, APR and miles. READ A QUOTE SCREENSHOT Pick a dealer's quote screenshot and Dealdesk reads the price and terms on your iPhone. Found values fill only empty fields, and you review them before saving. DEALERS AND MONTHLY PROGRAMS Save dealer contacts and the monthly programs they send, and see which waiting customers may fit. Dealers confirm availability, eligibility and final terms. YOUR FEES Record your broker fee separately from the customer's payment and see what's expected, received and still owed. WIDGETS Follow-ups on your Home Screen and Lock Screen, Fees owed on your Home Screen. Widgets show counts and totals only — never customer names — and fee amounts stay hidden unless you turn them on. PRIVATE BY DESIGN An app code (and Face ID if you want it) protects your records on this iPhone. Demo lets you explore with sample records before you sign up. With an account, your workspace syncs between your iPhone and the Dealdesk website. Export a copy of your records any time, and delete your account from Settings. MEMBERSHIP Reading and exporting your records is always free. Adding and editing customers, quotes, dealers, programs and fees, and syncing, need a Dealdesk membership: monthly or annual, with a 14-day free trial for new subscribers. Payment is charged to your Apple ID; the membership renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID settings.
