Myself and my mother have been using this app for a few years. It worked fine. Sent us reminders when our allergy shots were due or when the office would be closed. We both started to rely on it heavily but about a week ago we were completely logged out. Got all our info from our allergist office but when either of us try to log in we always get the message,”oops! Something has gone wrong. Please try again.” It’s been a week and neither of us have been able to get the app to work again. It seems to be related to the last update. I even went as far as uninstalling the app and reinstalling it but that didn’t work either. Very disappointing.

Very useful for tracking when our kids were due for their allergy shots. It stopped working at one point, but it turns out that my allergist didn’t have his system up to date. Once they updated, our tracking worked again! Glad they could fix it! Wish I could track other things with an app like this, like my dogs grooming, our car inspections, etc!!

I downloaded the Visionary Allergy Tracker App specifically to track my immunotherapy allergy injections as recommended by my doctors office staff. Unfortunately, the app is completely unusable due to a recurring error message: “Whoops! Something has gone wrong. Please try again.” I’ve tried troubleshooting this issue multiple ways, even asking for assistance, but no luck. Given that this is for medical tracking, the unreliability is particularly concerning. I can’t recommend this app in its current state.

This app shows a list of shots that you’ve had and it will tell you when you’re due for the next one. The one odd thing is that it says “due in x days” but then shows you your most recent shots - I think it should show your next shots there. It also always had a notification number on the app icon. I’d like it if it only did that if I was due that day. But overall the app works fine and tells me what I need to know.
