Every Brooklyn police precinct and community school district has its own profile, with a map of its boundary, the community boards and elected officials it overlaps, and its office. The 76th and 78th Precincts open on the same profile.

Pick your Home Screen icon in Settings: your community board's logo or your borough's seal. 311 for every community board: totals since 2020, top complaints and the latest on a map, ready with no download. A zoning, land use and landmarks map of every lot for every board. 311, crime, tickets and permits for your board are fetched in the background and kept fresh. A welcome card for big weekends, block card co-namings and street events, and event flyers on profile maps.

Settings. A new Settings card on Home: set your block and address, choose which parts of the Your block card show, and set how the calendar opens, which categories it starts on and which organizations appear. Everything is saved on your phone. The tiles in Home's daily strip and the buttons on the Your block card open their pages when tapped. Updates from bkcb6.app show in the app as soon as they download.

Every part of the app now follows the files on bkcb6.app, without an app update: which sections open or start closed, the tab bar, every color, every font size and gap, and the sections of every screen, including the Organizations tab, official and project pages, NYCHA, the election screen, Vision Zero, Votes, the community organizations directory and the block card. Organizations: every heading starts closed and opens with a tap. Business improvement districts have their own heading, with each district's map and businesses; every business in the CB6 directory has a profile, and the businesses listed on a district's page open their profiles.

Every part of the app now updates from bkcb6.app without an app update: every screen's sections and their order, folds, titles and icons; every button, where it goes and whether it shows, and anything can be made a button; every icon; every word; the tab bar; the day's strip; the rows of the Home block card, including the sample ballot for the saved address; the numbers behind lists and windows; and the city datasets each screen reads. Everything works offline from the files the app carries and refreshes when it has a connection. Vote: find your poll site by address. The subway tile opens the MTA service card with each line's delays and changes. Pick any community board in the city by address, location or seal, as before.

Home, top to bottom: today's strip (parking, sanitation, the subway, the weather), your block with the address entry always in view, the next meeting and the election, then the board's map, folded until you open it. Your block: the DOT construction permits, permitted events, film shoots and closures on your block in the next 30 days, on a small map with a count, with the details a tap away. Address card: the Assembly and Senate tiles open the member's profile. Everything the app shows now updates from bkcb6.app without an app update: text, colors, tables, map badges, the order of Home, and any page of the site inside the app.

Everything in the app now updates from bkcb6.app without an app update: the maps, their colors and legends, the data behind every screen, logos, buttons and text. Offline, the app keeps the last copy it downloaded and works as before. A line at the foot of Home shows when the app last checked, with a Refresh. Speed limits on every board, borough and city map now show each street's posted limit, with Sammy's Law 15 mph school zones.

CBNYC covers all 59 community boards in the five boroughs. Pick any board by address, by location or from the seals, and the whole app follows it: its map with every layer, its next meeting, who represents it, block cards, parks, 311, crime, tickets and permits, transportation, weather, land use, health and every lot. Each borough has its own page, and the city page holds the citywide offices and the five boroughs. New in this version: - The Staten Island Ferry: on every map, and on the Staten Island page with the next boats from St. George and Whitehall, both terminals, the facts and the fleet. The timetable is on your phone, so it works offline. - Staten Island Railway stations carry the SIR logo. - The real MTA logo throughout. - NYC Ferry routes and landings from the current NYC Ferry schedule. - The tools on board, borough and city pages now update from bkcb6.app without an app update, along with the transit marks and map layers.

Zoning and land use review on the citywide Home: ULURP, the BSA, fast tracks and SEQR, what you can build, the zoning decoder and glossary. The Use of Land hub: ULURPs over time with every review step, rezonings charted, compare land use and zoning across any areas. Housing: less expensive housing (eligibility tool, every open lottery, free help), DHCR and preservation, all housing built, affordable housing built and where, who owns what. Everything works offline. Data refreshes over the air.

Brooklyn CB6 in depth opens over the city from Home or the CB6 board page: meetings, the full community calendar with a toggle for every organization, land use and zoning review with the ULURP, BSA and SEQR steps, permits, housing, transportation, organizations and the board. Screens consolidated: one place each for zoning and review, maps, permits, housing, transportation, facilities, safety and elections. Works offline: a bundled street map of all five boroughs on every map, address search for every borough, and data that refreshes itself when you are back online.
