Liney adds a Calendar View and Traditional Chinese, supports iPhone Duo, and brings side-by-side browsing and multi-window writing to iPad and larger iPhones. New - Calendar View: switch between List and Calendar to browse by month, with a representative photo for each day. Tap a day to see its entries. - Liney is now available in Traditional Chinese, including Hong Kong wording. - iPhone Duo support: Liney fills both the inner and outer displays. Opening or closing the device keeps your text and cursor, and after closing you can keep writing on the outer display without Liney locking. - In wide windows, the timeline and the open entry appear side by side on the iPhone Duo inner display, iPad, and larger iPhones in landscape. - On iPad and the iPhone Duo inner display, choose Open in New Window from the timeline or search results, or drag an entry out, to give it its own window. Entry windows come back when you reopen Liney. - In wide windows, text and photos stay at a comfortable reading width. On iOS 27.1 and later, photo detail shows the photo beside its Photo Info, and on a partly folded iPhone Duo the line you're typing stays above the fold. - App Lock now covers every window: one authentication unlocks them all, and they all lock together when you leave Liney. Fixes and Improvements - Editing the same entry in two windows no longer overwrites changes. - Cancelling authentication before an export now cancels only the export instead of locking Liney. - Opening Control Center or receiving a notification no longer asks you to unlock App Lock again. - Photo thumbnails no longer disappear while scrolling the timeline. - Photos that have already loaded appear immediately, without flickering. - Inserting or deleting photos or changing the date no longer reloads the whole editor. - When storage is full, Liney shows a clear message and leaves no damaged photos. - Leftover files from interrupted imports are cleaned up automatically to free up storage.
