1984 Custom Homes - Fort Worth
The home of your dreams
Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
1984 Custom Homes is a custom home builder and remodeling contractor in Fort Worth, Texas. This app is the direct line between you, your build and our office.
FOR OUR CLIENTS
- Follow your project from your phone, with a progress bar that reflects the real state of the build.
- See every stage: what is done, what is in progress and what comes next.
- Photos of the work, uploaded by the crew from the site, stage by stage.
- Message the office directly, no phone tag.
- See the payments you have made and what is still pending.
- Create your account and ask for a quote without leaving the app.
FOR OUR CREW AND SUPERVISORS
- Your tasks, each with the date it is expected to be finished.
- Finish a task by uploading a photo of the finished work.
- Get a notification when something is assigned to you, or when an admin reopens a task and explains why.
FOR THE OFFICE
- The whole business at a glance: projects, tasks, clients, photos, and the money received today, this week and this month.
- Your client portfolio: create clients, open projects and hand out tasks to the crew.
- Register the payments clients make, project by project.
- Decide what shows on our public cover: mark builds and choose which photos are shown.
WHY IT IS DIFFERENT
- It is not a generic project manager. It is built around how a house is actually built: stage by stage, with a photo to prove each step.
- Bilingual: English and Spanish, with light and dark theme.
- Your data stays private. The public pages never show the client's name, phone, address or what they paid.
