Version 2.0 – work without a connection NEW • Work offline: companies, contacts, assignments, service parts and service reports are kept on your device. Create and edit records, fill in reports, add photos and collect signatures with no signal – your changes go to the portal as soon as you're back online. • Sync Manager: see what's waiting to be sent, follow each sync step by step, and pause or start a sync yourself. • Conflicts made simple: when a record was changed on your device and in the portal, choose field by field whether to keep yours or use the portal's. Each card shows what kind of record it is. • A small sync capsule shows the progress, and anything that needs you, on every screen. • Assignments: a new Open tab for overdue, later and unplanned assignments. • Maps: tap a pin for its details and open the record from there. Pins close together are grouped – tap a group to zoom in. IMPROVED • The Dashboard works offline and shows each report's number and status under On-going and Upcoming Reports. • The List/Map switch for assignments now sits next to the search, as on Companies.
