Papeza is a privacy-first document scanner and PDF creator for everyday paperwork. Scan notes, receipts, invoices and printed pages, review your document, then save a PDF on your iPhone.
PROCESSED ON YOUR PHONE
Your documents are processed right on your device. Papeza does not upload document content to a server for scanning or enhancement, and does not provide a cloud document library. No Papeza account is needed. You choose when to share or export a file to another app or destination.
CAPTURE OR IMPORT
Scan paper with your camera or import images, PDFs and plain text files. Bring multiple pages into one document and review them before saving.
A TOUCH OF MAGIC
Give scanned pages a clearer finish with Magic enhancement, or choose Original, Grayscale or B&W. Processing happens on your iPhone. Imported PDF and text pages keep their existing appearance, with page organization controls available.
EVERY PAGE IN PLACE
Review pages, adjust the crop on scans, rotate pages and arrange them in the order you need. Remove unwanted pages before creating your PDF.
YOUR PDF, YOUR QUALITY
Name your document and choose Compact, Balanced or High quality. Pick a smaller file for everyday sharing or more detail when it matters. Final file size depends on your pages and settings.
READ AND SHARE BY CHOICE
Open saved PDFs in the built-in viewer, navigate between pages and zoom in on details. Share through compatible apps using your iPhone's share sheet. Rename or delete saved documents from your library.
MAKE IT YOURS
Choose a light or dark appearance, or follow your system setting. Save your preferred enhancement and PDF quality for the next document.
For work notes, study handouts, receipts and household paperwork, Papeza helps you turn loose pages into useful PDFs while keeping document processing on your device.
Keep an exported copy of important files before deleting the app or its data. Files you share or export are handled by the destination you choose. Device-level backups are managed through your Apple settings.
