MEET YOUR PET
Pick a dog (red, yellow or black) or a cat (tabby, tuxedo or grey). Give it a name. Pet it, feed it, play with it. Your pet has its own personality. It remembers you, and it has a different bond with each person in the family.
IT LIVES ON YOUR PHONE, NOT IN AN APP
Your pet shows up on the Lock Screen, in the Dynamic Island, in Home Screen widgets and in StandBy. It licks the glass. It naps. It looks around. Call it from the Lock Screen and see what it does. Sometimes it comes running. Sometimes it says "later". When it is asleep, it is asleep.
STAY CLOSE ACROSS THE HOUSE, OR ACROSS THE WORLD
Give your pet a note, a kiss, a hug or a photo for Mom, Dad, Grandma or your brother. The pet carries it to their phone. When they open it, the arrival plays once, and the delivery stays in the house for the day. A pet can carry three things at a time. A fourth, and its paws are full.
GO FOR A WALK TOGETHER
When your pet has been sitting still for a long time, it asks for a walk. It asks. It does not nag. Walk with it for five minutes and it is happy. It also asks for a sip of water now and then, a one-minute stretch after a long sit, and it goes to bed before you do. You can switch each of these off in Settings.
NEVER ANY GUILT
If you are away, your pet naps. No streaks. No shame. No sad notifications. Your pet is just very, very happy when you come back.
ON YOUR WRIST
On Apple Watch, your pet fills the screen. Pet, Feed and Walk are always one tap away. Turn the Digital Crown to the Care page: sips, Together, a movement break, switch pet, or call your pet. Movement and water reminders tap your wrist. Add the complication to your watch face. A walk from the Watch is saved to Apple Health as a workout.
FOR PARENTS
Pocket Pet is private family sharing through iCloud. You invite people with a link in Messages, and only the people in your household can see the pet, the notes and the photos. There are no accounts to make, no ads, no in-app purchases and no tracking. We do not collect any data. Everything stays on your devices and in your family's iCloud. There are no streaks, no timers and no guilt. The owner of the household can remove a member at any time, and anyone can leave with Start over.
WORKS WITH APPLE HEALTH
Pocket Pet can save a walk from your Apple Watch to Apple Health as a workout, and can log a glass of water when you tell your pet you had a sip. Both are optional and off until you say yes. Your health data is never shared with anyone and is never used for advertising.
WHAT YOU NEED
An iPhone with iOS 18 or later, signed in to iCloud. The Apple Watch app needs watchOS 11 or later and works with the iPhone app.
