Meet AITENYA, your AI personal trainer for home workouts. Set up your iPhone, step into view, and get real-time coaching as you exercise.
AITENYA uses on-device computer vision to follow your movement through the iPhone camera. During supported exercises, it counts completed reps, times plank holds, and assesses the quality of movements it can clearly see. When it spots something you can adjust, your trainer gives you a short spoken form correction while you work out. If the camera loses sight of your movement, AITENYA won't pretend it knows how the rep went.
Made for women who want to train at home, AITENYA supports squats, reverse lunges, wall and incline push-ups, glute bridges, bird dogs, side leg raises, planks, and shoulder presses. Choose an exercise or follow a workout plan. Many movements use only your body weight; others call for a wall, chair, stable surface, or simple equipment.
After your workout, review your sets, reps, active time, and form quality for the attempts the camera could evaluate. Your workout history is stored on your iPhone.
Motion analysis happens on your device. AITENYA doesn't upload workout video to analyze your exercises, and it doesn't record your sessions by default.
