new feature added Task management brings your organization's daily work into one clean, fast mobile app. Receive and assign tasks, follow document execution, sign contracts, approve internal memos and keep track of equipment — wherever you are. The app is built for employees of organizations that use the Task management platform. Accounts are created by your administrator; there is no public sign-up. TASKS AND EXECUTION • See all your tasks with clear statuses and deadline indicators • Open a task to read instructions, attached files and comments • Upload completed work, add comments and send results for review • Managers assign tasks to employees and track sub-tasks • "My completed" keeps a history of everything you have finished • Execution control shows every document on control, overdue items and closure status DOCUMENTS • Register incoming documents with correspondents, deadlines and executors • Incoming inbox for new documents addressed to you • General documents and a full archive with search and date filters • Archive shows on-time, late and rejected results for every record INTERNAL MEMOS • Write memos and proposals and attach files • Follow each memo through every approval stage • Administrators review, approve, reject and assign memos to executors E-SIGNATURE • View contracts with all details, files and signers • Sign contracts right from your phone • See who has already signed and when EMPLOYEES AND EQUIPMENT • Add employees by PINFL; names are filled in automatically from OneID • Edit departments and positions, activate or deactivate accounts • View an employee's profile and photo • Equipment officers assign equipment to employees and take it back • "My equipment" shows everything currently assigned to you DASHBOARD AND MONITORING • Home dashboard with key numbers and charts for your role • Monitoring of employee performance and overdue tasks • Reports for reception staff • Badges in the menu show what is new in each section SECURE SIGN-IN • Sign in with OneID or with email and password • Optional one-time code (OTP) sent to your email • Your session is stored securely on the device MADE FOR EVERYDAY USE • Every section adapts to your role — you only see what you need • Dark, light and system themes • Uzbek, Russian and English interface • Telegram notifications: connect your chat ID in Profile Questions or access problems?
