Times Table Road Trip
Say-it-out-loud math for cars
Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
A hands-free math facts game for the whole family: times tables, division, addition, subtraction, and now Mix. It asks out loud, listens for your answer, and gives tips.
Turn car rides into math facts practice the whole family will actually enjoy.
Times Table Road Trip asks questions out loud and listens for your answer, so nobody has to look at a screen. Take turns with up to four players: kids, parents, grandparents.
FIVE WAYS TO PLAY
• Times: the multiplication tables from 1 × 1 to 12 × 12.
• Divide: the division facts that go with them.
• Plus and Minus: from single digits up to two-digit numbers, with carrying and borrowing.
• Mix: times, divide, plus and minus questions in the same round.
Each mode has its own leaderboard.
A COACH THAT ADAPTS TO EACH PLAYER
• It learns what each player knows and picks questions they'll get right about 80% of the time: hard enough to learn, easy enough to keep winning.
• Beginners start with the easy facts. Experts get the tough ones and a faster clock.
• Facts you miss come back a few turns later, so they stick.
FAIR FOR KIDS AND GROWN-UPS
• Everyone plays at their own level with their own answer clock.
• Points for speed: answer fast for up to 15 points.
TIPS THAT MAKE IT CLICK
Miss one, and you'll hear the answer and a trick to remember it, like "Nines trick: take one away from 7 to get 6, then 6 plus what makes 9? 3. So it's 63."
TRACK PROGRESS
• A family leaderboard for this week and all time, for each mode.
• An optional world leaderboard: a parent can show a player as just a first name and last initial, like "Lane S."
• "Who knows what" shows every fact, from needs-practice to automatic.
• Celebrate milestones like "Lane has mastered the 5s!"
BUILT FOR THE CAR
• Hands-free: say "repeat", "skip" or "pause".
• A natural voice built right in. It works offline, with no setup.
• Works over car Bluetooth. Tap mode is there for quiet times.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No ads, no tracking, no account needed. Names and progress stay on your device unless a parent chooses to save them online with Sign in with Apple or Google. You can delete that account and everything saved to it from Settings at any time.

New: Mix mode asks times, divide, plus and minus questions in the same round, with its own leaderboard.
New: an optional world leaderboard. A parent can turn it on for each player, who then appears as a first name and last initial with their animal and points. Anyone can report a name.
