Find your destination, check nearby facilities and plan your trip without switching between apps. Accessible Smart Map brings maps, transit and assistive features together to help people with different mobility needs, and those who travel with them, prepare a journey that fits their situation.
KNOW YOUR SURROUNDINGS
Search for places and see elevators, restrooms, ramps and parking on the map. Save the places you visit often so they are easy to find next time.
PLAN ROUTES FOR YOUR NEEDS
Set your needs, such as wheelchair, walker, visual impairment, slower walking pace or stroller, then choose a suitable way to travel and review route and transfer details. Adjust accessibility options where available, and use navigation with voice guidance.
STAY ON TOP OF TRANSIT
Look up bus routes, stops and arrival times, and combine them with route planning to arrange connecting trips. Transit information depends on the data source and how often it is updated.
ASK FOR HELP BY TEXT OR VOICE
Ask the AI assistant about places, facilities and getting around, or talk to it by voice. AI answers may be inaccurate; please double-check important information.
SHARE WHAT YOU SEE
Report obstacles and review places to add on-site information that helps others understand the environment. Some features require signing in.
MAKE IT EASY TO READ

COVERAGE AND IMPORTANT NOTES
Route planning covers the main island of Taiwan. The completeness of accessibility and transit data varies by area. Data, route suggestions and navigation cannot guarantee that a path is passable. Please watch for construction, slopes, stairs, elevator outages and live traffic conditions, and use your own judgment based on your abilities and the situation on site.
Some features require network access and location, microphone, camera or photo library permissions. When navigation or SOS location sharing is active, the app may use your location in the background, which can increase battery use. SOS is a tool for contacting people and sharing your location; it is not a police, fire or rescue service. In an emergency, call 110 or 119 directly.
This service is intended for users aged 18 and over. It is free and contains no ads.
