MyHealth calculates your BMI (body mass index) to identify your excess weight and the potential risks of excess weight to your health. The app then recommends a weight according to your profile based on normal standards. Your results are clearly displayed on your dashboard with colour-coding so that you can analyse them easily. You can also find details of your body composition (weight, BMI, body fat, muscular mass, bone mass or body water mass) in simplified graphs. *MANAGE YOUR DIET* MyHealth helps you adopt a healthy diet with comprehensive and accurate nutritional information (calories, proteins, carbohydrates, fats, fibre, sodium). With the Open Food Facts database, you can scan the barcode of the products you have purchased in-store and add them directly to your dashboard. You can also improve the experience by using the Terraillon NutriTab nutritional scale with MyHealth. Big Improvement - Great Promise

Wanting to monitor my weight I purchased the Terraillon Web Coach One from Auchan at Velizy2 last month. The weighing function appears to work fine but I am unable to actual register the device by Blue Tooth to my Iphone 4, nor my Ipad 4 generation, nor even my Samsung Tab 3. In the fine print Terraillon does say one needs an Iphone 4s (or later), but the Samsung Tab has Bluetooth 4 as does the Ipad 4 generation.M. Segalla, Paris, FranceReview Update:Tried to reinstall the app and finally succeeded. However, there is no way that I found to change a user's picture, delete unclaimed weight readings, and often the app gets "stuck" on the weight tracking page.MSReview UpdateUpdated new app and tried it with an updated scale. Terraillon is really ramping up it product line and refining its app. I guess innovation is always plagued with a few problems. Terraillon is becoming a true coach for fitness.MS

Still getting fluctuation between 5% of body fat and 25% in less than 1 week, these make me erase the app and redownload it to be fixed, that why I put these qualification

Scale doesn’t pair with the app
