Needs improvement

Eprex
Texts have stopped working and Face ID does not work, although I think these are separate issues. Very happy with my service otherwise they just need to fix the app

App is Always Under Maintenance

I swear every time i actually need the bank app, it's "unavailable due to maintenance." This is so inconvenient, the one time I needed to send my money through the bank to my sister in another country, the bank app was not working!!! I am debating on switching banks just because of how often this happens.

Terrible app! It kept saying “record doesn’t match” I felt like I was being gaslight when I was trying to enter my password into the app. No issue on the computer version but what is the point of this app if it’s going to be anything but a convenience? I will be deleting promptly. Save yourself the trouble!

Fingerprint login broken

'Nuff said. The fingerprint login feature is not working in the latest update saying "you have yo use your password until you verify" or some crap.
