Sitting at my office possible for a write up due to the inability of this app performance, for some reason this app crashes in between scans hence making me look as if I don’t do my work, all my scans don’t come thru the office right away, idk if it’s me the app my office side but this app is becoming a inconvenience wish we had work phones so I don’t have to rely on a app using my personal phone

I used this app a while back while working Security. I had some difficulties every now and then, often due to connection issues, but otherwise nothing I wasn’t able to remedy by communicating with my leads/team. To be fair, those issues were occasionally on my end, otherwise, most reports seemed to have gone through accordingly. IIRC, there may have been issues towards the beginning, however I don’t recall ever attempting to reach out to the app developers about the situation. This is the most of what I can remember from 2-3 years ago about using the app. Only reason it didn’t get 5 stars is probably because I wasn’t actively speaking with the devs, sending feedback, reviewing update/patch notes.

The app works great! Used it for a long time, unfortunately too may people have one issue and bash immediately instead of just contacting their support, which is great! Yeah I experienced a few things, normal behavior in all software, but they have awesome support and gave me solutions. Just call their support they will work with you. Many other software companies take weeks to respond or not at all.

This App Crashes all the Time making me look like I’m not doing my Job my employer states this has never happened to any other Officer other than me but I see otherwise based on this reviews in here, my Issues don’t show up. I have to constantly annoy my employer with the exact same problem that some of my issues don’t appear. FIX THIS ISSUE. Security should be your main priority when managing an app that Bothe Security and Law Enforcement Depend on.
