The application is buggyIt will crash and the session disappears and then you argue with people in line that you were actually there I suggest taking a screenshot of the number just in case

מצד אחד, זה היה מועיל להפליא לגשת לכל כך הרבה סוכנויות חיוניות באפליקציה אחת, עם דרך ישירה ברורה לארגן פגישות. הבעיה היא שזה כל הזמן לא עובד. אני רוצה לתת לאפליקציה הזו 5 כוכבים, ואני בשמחה אעשה זאת ברגע שהבעיות יתוקנו.On one hand, it’s been incredibly helpful having accessing so many essential agencies all in one app, with a clear straight way to arrange appointments. The problem is that it constantly isn’t working. I WANT to give this app 5 stars, and I happily will as soon as the issues are fixed.

At first I could get in, then suddenly it denied me access. I have two iPhones (using my Wifi or outdoors with data), and I also tried on several iPhones in the Apple store (using their Wifi), plus computers (theirs and mine), an iPad, and also at an ATT store (their phones and mine, using their Wifi). I’m on for a short time AT BEST, then denied access (or the screen greys), whether I entered further into the site or app or not. This is crazy!!

Feels like the government version of bitcoin’s “proof of work”. Finding and scheduling an appointment takes so much work. Because there are no appointments available (not this app fault), you need to search multiple times until you find one. You look at one location, tap back and then need to go again through the long, login process. Sessions are mismanaged in slow, nested webviews with a server that barely works…
