Life Members get screwed

I’m a LIFE MEMBER but I still have to pay for digital. And when I have, it is like a total pain to download every month. I’d really like to skip the print mag and just get the digital but they do not have a clue at the offices. Come on BASS... don’t be such idiots.

I’ve got the same issue as the other reviews. I can’t enter my account number and get in the app that way. It wants me to buy digital even though I paid for digital and print already. It took me 3 times of emailing costumer support to get my original problems fixed when I bought subscription and know if I complain about this issue it probably won’t be fixed. The app is uncoordinated with the website and user profiles. Do not buy digital access unless you look forward to disappointment.

The last update wiped out previous issues downloaded via subscription. Contacted them a few months ago, answer was we are working on this with Apple. To date nothing has been done. Kind of resembles THEFT!

Love the magazine long time subscriber through iTunes. I cannot get the app to recognize my subscription on my iPad. Very frustrating as I don’t want to resubscribe and lose past content. Love B.A.S.S. and the content within but the app is wonky.
