I can’t ever see my policy information, nor can I update my information like my address. I was trying to do so on the website, was told to download the app and then it proceeds to have even less information or functions.

Opened the app today to find that all Drivedown info had been deleted and I had to initiate sign up again.Luckily my Rewards still remains.

Needs updating. Can’t update payment method, without first “pretending” to make a payment. Should send me an alert 24/7 notifying me ahead of time, an upcoming gap coverage so that gap in coverage can be fixed before the coverage lapse and without having to call one of the secretaries during business hours. Needs to be set up with Apple Pay and Google Pay. Should give the draft discount for setting up a draft with a debit card. Should be able to display PDF copies of all invoices and payment receipts. FB seems to proud themselves on how helpful it is to have their administrative assistance called you to work out issues, but it would be much easier if this could be handled at any time of the day through the app, rather than having to wait until business hours. Should notify you immediately if a payment does not go through.

So sad Farm Bureau has to bribe employees to leave reviews for their terrible app and services. Such a terrible app, but I guess the app matches the quality of their scamming service. Terrible layout, super buggy, and always sketchy when making trying to make payments (that’s if you get the pay bill to halfway work). Use to be a customer but recently cancelled due to them running an insurance scam. I cancelled my policies months ago and told them I would like to cancel everything, but I was just charged for a membership that I do not use nor need anymore. Do not trust Scam Bureau.
