I gave this app a one star because I should be able to provide my Farm Bureau membership number to access my account. The app requires that I put in my name my address, my date of birth and my membership number. I think that’s excessive. If I did not have my Farm Bureau’s membership number information the additional would be helpful, but because I am able to supply it, it should be asking any more information than that. I will just continue to login through the app where I only have to login with my email address and my password.

I don’t know what all the fuss is about. I downloaded app, created a log in, linked a bank account and paid my premium within 10 minutes. Everything worked fine and I am able to view the details of my policy and be able too show proof of insurance.

Stays logging me out. Enter password it’s incorrect try to reset it says can’t create a new account at this time get verified through customer service. Try to log in and it glitched and takes you right back to the log in screen. Facial recognition works but says “expired session log back in” and then it’s the whole process over again. So thankful it only ever Happens when I’m trying to lag the bill and not when I’m broke down on the side of the road.
