I’ve never used an app that is as inconsistent as this one. One day I use it and it works and the next day I can’t open the app without it crashing. I’m not sure how in this day and age it is not a stable well put together app. It is easy enough to find a better app maker and find a way to put out a easy to use intuitive app that ALWAYS works. Or at least almost always. I understand there’s always going to be glitches and bugs but it takes forever to get fixed and never seems to fully work right.

Constantly crashing, always needs update when you open the app regardless of how many times you have updated it in the past. Now unable to open ANY protocol. Just says “protocol not downloaded” and advises to refresh and is unchanging no matter how many re-downloads and refreshes my service and myself have tried. Do not rely on this app.

Honestly the new update came out and the app hasn’t worked since, every time I try to open any protocol it tells me to go back and hit refresh, when I do that nothing ever happens, I deleted the app and redownloaded it hoping that would help, nope. If you’re going to make an app, know what you’re doing or hire someone who can do it right.

Horrible app! If I could give it negative stars I would! Still not working. Can’t open protocols. When you try to, it says they aren’t downloaded and to go to previous page and refresh it. So glad Maine EMS forced us to switch to online protocols instead of the pocket ones when we can’t even use them.
