This app connects to your account on the RestoreHealth service to provide your daily lessons and activities. HealthKit is integrated into the RestoreHealth application for tracking weight and sleep. The data is shown on the application's dashboard tab and sent to your coach daily to view your progress. To setup Apple HealthKit use the Devices button in the More Tab.

Pretty but not easy

The app is quite pretty, but some features are poorly thought out. When logging food, the keyboard covers where you’re writing so you have to log, save, review to see if you made mistakes, then blindly try to fix. It’s not set up for vegetarians (I wish I could filter out all the meat information but no luck) but that’s a feature of their suggested diet as well (low carb) so not surprising. There are meditations on the app as well but no option to turn off the background music so be warned that they’re not good for focus.

The app is quite pretty, but some features are poorly thought out. Great Program, Terrible App

This app is terrible, it frequently doesn’t work and is not user friendly (and I’m pretty tech savvy). I recently started the program but I’m not sure I’ll stick with it because of the app. I’m unable to customize my dashboard, for example I don’t track glucose so I don’t want to see it on my daily tracking (yes, I’m Type A). I want to track my steps from my Fitbit but it only allows me to track sleep from it. My steps are tracked from Apple Health but if I enable Apple Health I can’t track my weight with my witching’s scale. My steps show 0 on my dashboard which is frustrating. This app is disappointing compared to other fitness program apps I’ve used.

My job offered this for free during the healthcare crisis. As a Covid response worker I was having a hard time my normal doctors and therapists do not check on you daily. I really loved the daily help in improving my life making a change and stopping the burnout and nervous breakdowns from being overwhelmed and traumatized. Priceless service and dedication from the staff! Absolutely appreciative of this service I’ve come so far!
You get a real person to checkup on you! Priceless!
