Here is a rich collection of real 12-lead ECG cases you can use to develop your interpretation skills. Each case is identified with a brief description (e.g., "Male 73 y/o, HR 158; Ectopic arrhythmia - atrial tachycardia with intraventricular aberrant conduction..."). Select a case and you can choose either Play mode, which shows you the ECG telemetry as you'd see it on a monitor in real-time, with beeps for heartbeats, or Read mode, which gives you the printed ECG tracing to interpret. Fix the lead configuration!

Clinicians are used to looking at leads in a standard configuration where we come to recognize patterns of lead combinations representing various territories. This program would great if not flawed by presenting the leads in a non standard order. This makes it annoying to use. I'll wait to make good use of it when this is fixed. Until then I'll keep looking for a better program.UPDATE: it looks like efforts to permit 3x4 display have been implemented but when exporting the ecg it reverts to the non-standard format. Getting better! Added a star!

Update- HRV has been included and poincare plot as a bonus, there’s no other app that takes the RR data from the Apple Watch ECG directly to do this, all while fully showing all the data used. Excellent development of this app!!

Unsure of why the format on the Home Screen shows the ecg results? Why wouldn’t it be listed as age gender brief details if there known. And then allow us the option to play and quiz the ecg… what’s the point in taking a quiz on a strip that’s labeled afib rvr lvh lae etc ? Is there a way to hide all of that information so I can review the ecg’s without seeing that first? If not this isn’t a very good testing tool.
