XPatient Legacy does not offer Updates anymore and will be discontinued when the App no longer runs on future iOS versions. XPatient allows physicians to register unlimited number of patients with unlimited number of surgeries, injuries, allergies, exams and medications for each patient. It can register complete medical profiles, including personal info, contact, medical history, medical status, medical encounters, hospital/clinic info and more. It's basically large numbers of complex databases inside each Patient Profile, all connected to each other to offer the most complete mobile medical records in the market. - AUGMENTED REALITY (AR) See and interact with Patient data in mixed reality with support to object and people occlusion. - iCLOUD SUPPORT - Universal App Sync your patient information in your iCloud account, available for all your iOS and Mac devices . - ONE DEVICE FOR ALL - Hospitals and Clinics Does your Hospital/Clinic have few devices and need to access private Patient information for many Doctors/Nurses? no problem. Finally, a patient file app that makes sense, POR FIN!!

Finally a medical patient app that makes sense, is intuitive to use and portable. I would have given 5 stars if it had cloud storage and accessibility from other devices (iPad for example, Mac would be the ultimate!!). With that, I would even purchase my first app (I have never paid for an app!).UPDATE 3/30/17. Now that it's on cloud it is UNBEATABLE!!I will not use any other patient record app. Portable EVERYWHERE...5 stars!!!

Finally a medical patient app that makes sense, is intuitive to use and portable. I would have given 5 stars if it had cloud storage and accessibility from other devices (iPad for example, Mac would be the ultimate!!).
