I downloaded the app cause I just sign up but it’s saying I have internet connection when all my other apps are working fine.. can someone who works for this company see this and reach out and help me? I’ve tried turning off the phone and turning it back on and still doesn’t work

I have money in a MetaBank In SD. It’s been 5 years and I’m getting mail from them because there’s no activity going on with my account. They telling me I need 2 government papers to collect my money and all I have is my non drivers license. What else do I need to send? I sending you this because I tried sending email to them twice and it came back to me. If you can help me It would be nice
