Losing points and steps
From the beginning the app will not count all of steps, I have been losing as much a 3000 steps in one day. And as of the 15th it has stopped counting them all together. We have tried everything, even taking the app off and putting back on. I have a fit bit, and a Apple Watch , neither will work. This app is messing up again.

Hello, thank you for providing your feedback! I can help with getting your steps back to normal so they sync properly. I can also help you get your steps back from previous days. Can you reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org? I'll be able to look into your account and syncing connection once I have your account username!
Could be better
I like that the app is compatible with my phone and Fitbit but it has some mechanical issues. So far for me I have to be very conscious of the time because after midnight it’s very hard to get it to sync data from the day before (even only second after it strikes 12). I use it for a competition and I got cheated several thousand steps just because of this issue. Other members in my team registered zero steps because the app doesn’t automatically register your steps if you don’t open the app up daily. It could function a little better for conversation with team members. Also when you take a picture with the app it doesn’t save to your phone so in order to keep the picture you’d have to screenshot it or take the picture with your camera first and then upload. Little things could make it a better app. That said, it works well for the competition because we all use the same platform to keep our tallies. These issues are just a source of frustration, especially because competition usually means you’re trying to win and the app is causing me to do more work than I need to by not functioning as effectively as I would like.
Good, but I have concerns
Overall, this app is user friendly and appeases the eye; however, I’m a little thrown when you add an activity that it automatically adds steps to what you’ve already accomplished. For example, you can’t just state that you’ve gone running without it adding steps to your total, which were already added when you were running. This concerns me when it comes to the legitimacy of the challenges because it seems that some people are achieving more steps than they’re actually attaining. Plus, when you’re using a fitness app, you want it to be accurate so you know what you’re really accomplishing and can set future goals. With that said, I do like that the app is able to convert so many different activities into steps, such as swimming, when you aren’t able to have your device (phone) with you.

Thank you for your feedback! When you add an activity in Walker Tracker, you are using the "Convert an Activity" tool that is available in your program. There are some activities you can convert such as running, or walking. Those are available to participants that aren't able to track their steps using a wireless device/mobile app, or if someone decides that they don't want to wear their wireless device/mobile app for that specific activity. Sometimes participants use their phone to track their steps, and they don't want to carry their phone as they run; this is when converting an activity such as running would be perfect. We don't recommend converting an activity such as walking, if you already have your device on you; that would be counting double your steps. I hope this addresses your concern.
