Wellable is fairly cool...

Once I figured out how to use the software and get my phone and watch paired. It’s okay for accuracy though I find some days I’m missing points/steps and I haven’t totally resolved the issue but it’s much better and the developer is responsive, which is refreshing.

Loved at first, then it went haywire

My company decided to unveil this app for our company mid December, took me a bit to figure out that I needed to actually log my activities so I lost out on some points, used it the whole month of January with more knowledge of how it works. Then come February when my company added monetary winnings for 1-3rd place its become very glitchy. It also took a hot min to get my nutrition app to pair with Wellable. It takes points away, gives me double points, gives me no points. I looked back in my January dashboard log and it was seamless. Since the company I work for added a prize it’s become so glitchy and I lose out on points several days a week. Also learned the true way to earn the most points is via steps; walking, running. I can work my booty off doing a HIIT workout and get less points than a leisurely walk on my treadmill. I do like all the options of on demand workouts, but makes most sense to stick to walking or running - boring!

Thank you for your feedback! If you will contact support@wellable.co with your user account, we will be happy to look into your account to make sure nothing is operating incorrectly. Please note that one of the reasons you may be getting 0 Wellable Points for an activity is because your employer has set up a daily maximum. If you hit this threshold, all activities above the threshold will earn 0 Wellable Points.

Wellabble app.

It took points away from me and I don’t know why I always check every day but I didn’t go back to the beginning once I seen it on there there was no need to go back I would have never thought this would have happened. Once it’s there it should not be changed and I don’t know how it happened or who did it or whatever but I feel you should be able to go back 90 days then if these things are happening it’s not fair to us that are working hard at getting these points. Sorry that I seem so upset because I I really am but it’s just some thing that I have to forget but I don’t want to give up on this app so I hope some things will be changed send me an email if you need to

Hello, sorry you felt like your Wellable Points were adjusted incorrectly. There could be a number of reasons (e.g., your employer changed the settings in your challenge, which retroactively impacts how Wellable Points are calculated). We would be happy to take a look at your account to make sure there isn't anything wrong. Will you please email support@wellable.co and provide details on which days changed and how?
