Here is my honest review. I love this game. It brings back memories of me sitting in bed with my iPad playing games. It’s really fun and great for kids, teens and adults alike. It is, in my opinion, mostly skill based, but it’s quite easy to get the hang of. There are honestly not many problems with this game. If I were to say anything bad about the game, it would be the extreme amounts of ads that the game pumps out. I would say every other click, you get an ad, no joke. For a free to play game, I can understand the need for ads, but this is very extra compared to other f2p games, especially from a consumer standpoint. Another complaint I have seen is the fact that there are “long”wait times on zombie catching missions, which I think is a bad excuse to complain about the game. The wait times in the beginning are like 3 minutes and they increase as you progress through the game. This may sound like it could be annoying but trust me the time goes by so fast. The wait times also make it so you don’t sit there playing forever, which I view as a plus. I HIGHLY recommend you install this game. It is pretty fun.

I’ve been playing this game for years, I mean since I was younger and every now and then I redownload this game. Every time I play this game I don’t fail to enjoy but there are issues that are extremely frustrating to continue playing with. The harpoon rope gets dragged or caught on different parts of things or the zombie and slows me down tremendously and I can’t swap the weapon no matter how hard I try to. And I’ve lost out on almost all the zombies in one level out of the countless times this has happened because of this. When the rope gets dragged it refuses to retract as well meaning I can’t shoot it. Seems like a silly complaint but the whole point of the game if to catch zombies so it upsetting when I can’t do that over a little issue I’m sure isn’t that hard to fix. And this game has adds, and yes there’s a over average amount of them it’s not unbearable just annoying, it’s just one add in particular. The momo one that pops up on the top of the screen meaning I can’t skip it or get rid of it it’s just there. Never been scared but I feel like it’s inappropriate with the scandal itself and it’s affect. I don’t even think it’s a actual advertisement but it if is I can’t tell if it’s more upsetting. It just doesn’t sit right with me. I see that only the one star rating and reviews get a reply but I didn’t want to rate it one star just because I really feel for this issues so if you can seriously look over this and make just those two small changes this game would thrive, for me at least.

I previously wrote a 1 star review to which the app owner replied. I thank you for the reply. My complaint was the ads that ruined the experience that the prior developer when I played the game years ago did not have. I paid the $1.99, forced ads are gone, and the game is great again. I fully get game developers are not running a charity and should make good money. To buy coins or the neon green tube stuff is reasonably priced and not required to advance.. Although I have done more buys as the game is so fun and on a mission to advance.. quickly. I sure hope you guys do updates as this game is so much fun. I can play for a short time or as long as I want based on the time I have. This is based on the space ships rejuvenating quickly enough, so you don’t have to wait nor pay to find more zombies. However I did buy green tubes to buy two spaceships ahead of waiting to earn the green tubes. I just think it’s a great game and in-app purchases are well priced compared to other games I play. Now, just give an option to pay with green tubes to double zombies and not watch an ad and the app would rock! Thank you!

Slight bug

I’ve played for quite a long time on and off for the past few years. Because of this I’ve upgraded most gear to the max. However when I logged in today with this new broken drone update, some of my gear had been downgraded. I had a maxed lvl 3 harpoon gun, but when I logged in it said that I needed two more upgrades to make it max. I thought it was a one time bug so I went ahead and reupgraded it cause I had a lot of extra money, same issue with the freezer gun and tranq gun. I had the ammo all maxed for both of those weapons. But the freeze ammo went down from 7 to five and the tranq gun went from 14 to 12. When I logged back in later in the afternoon, my stuff I reupgraded was back down again. Max lvl 3 harpoon needed two more upgrades again and ammo was also down again. I don’t want to continuously have to reupgrade my harpoon everytime I log on because it’s 300,000 coins each time and the coins I spent on it before are gone. Just a bug I’m hoping can be worked out.
