I’m so happy to see that this app was created and that you are able to get reward points. My first order was delivered in about 15 minutes which was the quickest delivery I ever had from any restaurant. Awesome!

1. My address is correct in every part of the app. However it gets handed off to it’s delivery side, it’s wrong 100% of the time. The doorman at a building ¼ mile away has called me asking why he’s getting my food. If I call the store to report it and tell them I haven’t received my order they don’t believe me because their system has the correct address. I can’t win. For this reason alone I’m never ordering from it again. 2. The app takes a long time to total the order up. Say I have 2 burritos and go to checkout. Takes a good 5-10 seconds to change screen with payment screen.

I just signed up today and it took 20 minutes to place my order in the app itself. It wouldn’t apply my initial sign up discount. Then when that took too long, I had to pick a new pickup time. And after all that, it couldn’t verify the pricing for 10 minutes? Feel like that should happen as soon as you pick your location when you begin ordering. I haven’t even been able to find the section of the app for Support if there’s one at all. This app needs a little help

My biggest issue with the app is that if your closest dt is closed, you cannot order delivery from another location!! I live in nyc and there are tons of dts but since my local location isn’t open on the weekends it just doesn’t let me order delivery. Pretty annoying. There are lots of other issues too, but can live with them for my love for dos toros. Rewards are great!
