Zen Koi Classic 4+

Please help!

I’ve been loving Zen Koi 2 for at least a year now, and I recently also downloaded Zen Koi because I’d reached a lot of my goals in Zen Koi 2 and wanted to try some new fish. I had made a lot of progress in Zen Koi, working really hard at unlocking fish, but two days ago, my iPad started breaking down, and the colors got weird. I tried to switch to my iPad mini, but I can’t seem to restore the game to save my progress on the new device. Isn’t there any way to do this? I just can’t start all over again. I can’t.

I lost my job on my birthday, got doused with nasty mosquito water while trying to put old tires around my tomatoes, and got an eye infection from my cat. And that’s just for starters. Have mercy!

Update: suddenly it’s working! My game is restored! I don’t know if you responded or if it’s a miracle, but thank you, thank you! Now I can keep playing my favorite game.

Can you help please?

Recently the Sounds & Music have stopped. I’ve tried toggling back and forth on the settings buttons for both but it doesn’t help. Sounds & volume are fine on everything else in my phone, it’s just my Zen Koi 1 game. It’s no huge deal & certainly doesn’t take away from my huge love for this or my Zen Koi 2. They are both in my most top favorite apps I own. I really enjoy the music though and find it very soothing. I’m kind of missing it and my fishies satisfying little snacking sounds. 😄 Thank you for these lovely games!

Update: Thank you SO much! I feel so silly. I hadn’t even noticed that tiny button. ☺️ I must have switched it off when I removed my case to charge my phone. Both of these games are my absolute favorites, and you, the Developers, ROCK!!! Thank you for your time and help. 👍🏻⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hi there! It could be due to the side switch on your device. If you mute the device using the side switch, then later go to settings and change the slide button to lock rotation, the apps muted with the switch will stay muted even if your volume is up.
To fix this, go to the settings menu and make the side switch “mute” again. Then use it to mute and unmute the device.

I love this game. The only problem I have is that I had this game over a year ago and I just got it back it I don’t remember much about the game. If possible I would like to be able to restart the game. If possible could you please put a restart button in settings. I know this is a weird request since most people complain about apps not saving their progress but I would rather start at the beginning of the game than start at the middle and miss out on the fun in the beginning. Other than that personal problem I think the game is great. It’s not super action packed where you have to be on the game 24/7 or else you miss something. And it’s not boring either. It’s a very fun and relaxing game.

Hi there - do contact us in-game using the Support chat if you'd like to restart your progress. Note that once progress has been deleted, it is not recoverable at all. This is one of the main reasons we opted not to provide a button option to players, as it may result in accidental deletion of their game.
