Excellent app and support

I have been using this program to log billable hours for multiple projects/clients for the last 8 or 9 months. It was exactly what I had been looking for when I began using. I hadn’t even thought about how well it was working for me until I had an issue, and it wasn’t working. I contacted customer support through email and had a response within the day. It took a few emails back and forth, but their support was on top of things and guided me to a resolve. That day of it not working made me realize how well it functions for me.

I love this app! It’s so hard to find a decent time tracking app. (That isn’t price gauging you)And this is the best because it’s so easy to use, affordable, and you can track expenses and invoice. All so easily. I do wish that instead of having to re-enter the client information every time you have a different project, you could just select the client and add a new project.

I like the app. We are a small business with less than 5 employees but I’m the only one that keeps track of the guys times during the week. This app has been the best solution I’ve found where I’m able to keep track of multiple employees times with different pay rates per hour! The only downfall I have with this app is it’s syncing capability between the app on different devices. I have it on my iPhone and iPad but I have to duplicate time sheets for my guys in each to keep them organized.

After using it for 4 years, it is still the best - I have looked again. Simple entry, pre-set in & out times (if you want), pre-addressed email PDF of timesheet to boss, room for notes each day...It’s everything that I need and I can opt-out of more detailed things I don’t need. One extremely minor hiccup 2 years ago was addressed by the developer IMMEDIATELY!!! What more could you ask.?.?.
