I went to this office having heard great things. Received a rapid fire cortisone shot that didn't work. Returned for more guidance hoping to get a PT script and talk about therapies only to be told in blunt terms that my knee was a "tear down." It also took me SIX days for a pain med refill. Thankfully went to Scripps for a second opinion and was given a more succinctly placed shot that really helped. In addition I received a script for PT and have made remarkable progress. Am thankful I ended up in a place where I was heard and not treated like a factory product.
