Utterly useless

There are supposedly two ways to print from this app—but NEITHER of them work...1) When I hit the “Gallery” button, I get an error stating “the user has declined access,” and advising me to go to Settings/Privacy/Photos to enable the app to access my photos. But upon going to that settings page, this app simply doesn’t show up in the list of apps requesting access to photos.2) When I hit the “Camera” button, I’m taken to a screen with a viewfinder, but the image is completely black—in other words, the app simply cannot access the camera. I’ve tried going to the Settings/Privacy/Camera page to enable access, but again, the app simply isn’t listed there.So, the photo printer that this app is supposed to control (VuPoint Photo Cube Mini Wireless) is completely useless.

I received the mini wireless printer for Christmas a couple years ago. It worked when I first got it. But it appears the app has not been updated for newer phones/technology. The printer is now completely useless because the app can not access my photos or my camera. Total waste for something to no longer function after such a short period. I will not likely order another VuPoint product due to this poor reliability.

this is my second time buying this printer. the first time I would click print and it wouldn't do anything. I discussed this with employees and they couldn't figure it out so they sent me another one. now I just tried it and it won't even power on. waste of my money.

Works about half the time. Sometimes it will transfer the picture to the phone and load to 99%...... And..... Hang there. We bought this to charity photos for donations. Way too slow in printing and buggy software. When it Does work, it's an OK print.
