Time to Thank was created as a gentle invitation to pause throughout the day, reconnect with gratitude, and take a moment for yourself.
The app suggests three moments for gratitude:
9:00 AM — Begin the day with gratitude
Welcome a new day by focusing your attention on what is good and on what you wish to cultivate.
12:00 PM — Pause and give thanks
Take a moment in the middle of the day to pause, give thanks, and renew your energy for what comes next.
6:00 PM — Give thanks for another cycle
As the day moves toward its close, take a moment to appreciate the cycle you have lived and everything it has brought you.
These times are only suggestions. You can customize each reminder or turn it off at any time.
Time to Thank also includes a harmonizing sound specially created with real recordings of Tibetan bells, offering another simple way to pause, reconnect, and enjoy your moment of gratitude.
