Squeezy has been designed by chartered physiotherapists specialising in Men's Health working in the NHS. It is suitable for all men who want to do pelvic floor muscle exercises (or Kegel exercises). Having pelvic floor muscles that are working well may help prevent problems such as premature ejaculation, erectile dysfunction and urinary incontinence. The app is particularly aimed at men who are seeing a specialist physiotherapist for problems connected to their bladder, bowels or pelvic floor muscles as it can be tailored to a specific exercise programme and set to remind you when to do your exercises. It is simple to use, discreet, informative and has helpful visual and audio prompts to support your exercise programme plus it maintains a record of the number of exercises you have completed.

•Customisable exercise plan
•“Professional mode” to help physiotherapists set detailed exercise plans for patients
•Visual, and audio guides for exercises
•Information and tips written by professional Men's Health physiotherapists
•Track and monitor your progress
•Write a short note after a completed exercise
•Simple and clear interface

Very helpful app, but...

I have been using this app for several weeks now and it has helped me maintain a schedule for my exercises. I recommend this app for anybody that needs a little help with their Kegel routine.
However, DO Not install on your Apple Watch. My watch battery always lasted me a day and a half before it needed a charge. After installing Squeezy on the watch, it depleted my battery in 6 hours several days in a row. After removing the app from my watch, I can once again go a day and a half without a need for a charge. Other than that, great app.

For an app whose most important function is to provide timely reminders to do kegels, it fails utterly. I've gotten reminders at seemingly random times, even right after doing and saving a kegel session. Please fix.
