Some bugs..

I just bought this app today after eyeing it for a bit. It seems like it will be really helpful and easy to use. However, whenever I try to open up one of the guides sections, the app closes up. This is frustrating as these sections were one of the reasons I bought the app in the first place. I'd like to know if this could be fixed somehow.

Bad app and even worse customer service

I brought the issue to the developers attention via email (since pronoun heroes wasn’t even an option on their drop down list for trouble shooting) IN NOVEMBER OF 2018. I bought this specifically to use the fill in the blank practice but the correct answer is not an option half the time. I took a screen shot and sent them information. They replied, but they told me to look at the tutorial and that it was a user error (no it wasn’t) but they would also have a developer look into it for the next update (update never happened). After trying to appease them and looking at the tutorial again-I sent another email in December. And got no response. Then AGAIN in April of 2019 and again. No response. Not having the correct answer choice caused physically aggressive behaviors on multiple occasions and nobody even gave me my money back. VERY UPSET about my experience. I have bought several smarty ears apps but I don’t think I will be able to in the future.

It also has many activities to target both receptive understanding but also use of the pronouns. Like other Smarty Ears apps, it keeps track of the data for me!! I am excited to use it more!

This app has potential and works well with an individual student or in a group session. I am frustrated that it has errors. Some of the fill-in-the-blank sentences do not contain the correct answer among the 4 choices. I hope this is fixed soon.
