I’ve played this game for several years. I rarely write reviews unless I just LOVE something or something happens that’s just wrong and the company won’t make it right. I really like this game, probably not enough to write a review, but it’s fun. However, not terribly long after I started playing the game glitched and I lost quite a few costumes that I had won. I just started over and started building my collection again. Even though I’d never paid real money in games, I did buy 3 season passes so that I would have the costumes. Well, it happened again! The game glitched and I lost everything. My costumes, power ups, and gems (over 10,000). I contacted support because this time I had lost things I bought with real money. They did replace the power ups and gave me 250 coins but that's all they would do. I didn’t let it go and told them it would take 50 to 100 thousand gems to replace what I lost so they gave me another 100 coins. They said they couldn’t replace the costumes and this was all they were going to do. I reiterated that I just wanted what I’d paid for and it didn’t matter at all. Come on! It wouldn’t cost them a cent to replace what I lost. They had no interest in making this right. My recommendation is play this game if you like it, but, under no circumstances would I recommend spending any money. They take your money and then they don’t care. Player, BEWARE!!!
