The attractive and easy-to-use Spirio app puts a growing library of complimentary world-class performances at your fingertips, all recorded live in high-resolution on Steinway's master recording pianos. These recordings, many featuring Steinway Artists, are reproduced on your piano with unparalleled precision by the Spirio system. A convenient AirPlay link to the piano provides wireless control of the system from anywhere in range over Bluetooth or Wi-Fi.

As new pieces become available, they will be automatically added to the in-app listings for you to enjoy.

Love our piano but we need the ability to make video playlist that way we can use the video ability a lot more at our university but not have to come downstairs every 5 minutes :(
Great piano, terrible app

App constantly crashes, randomly disconnects from the piano, fails to save (which is especially terrible after you finished recording a song, thus losing it entirely). Search is also terrible. Songs in my favorites, which now crashes when I try to open, don’t appear in search.Worst of all is the lack of error messages, so you have no idea why the app just randomly closed.

Doesn’t play searched songs anymore

Piano won’t play songs that are searched for. Says piano not connected. Playlists work fine. Steinway tech told me this is a known issue but no estimate when it will be fixed. It used to work fine. A piano of this quality should have an app that works. Unacceptable this has been going on for at least 6-8 weeks.

We've also added a nav menu within the Videos section to make it easier to browse our growing catalog of Spirio Videos, as well as access your recorded videos under the new "My Videos" page.
Connected pianos with version 1.39 or higher can now be restarted from the Piano Settings menu.
Lastly, we've made several stability improvements to lower iPad battery usage and reduce app crashes.
