VIZpin Smart app lets you unlock any door or gate with your smartphone. People can send you smartkeys anytime, from anywhere. It also has video intercom capabilities when enabled on a smart device. You can also generate temporary visitor codes right in the app. Every smartkey has multiple layers of security and encryption to prevent copying or hacking. Use the widget to access smartkeys quickly and easily as it automatically displays the doors or gates that are closest in range. The app has great features like auto-login, favorites, sort by closest, pop-up notifications, widgets and more – letting each user customize the app to their preferences. Once you download and register this app, you can also enter a Location ID and personalized note to request access from the Building Manager. This will notify the building manager automatically and they can send you a smartkey. Phone Compatibility- iPhone w/iOS 15 or later and Bluetooth capability.

Works half the time

Live in a neighborhood and we use viz pin for our community pool and our dog park.Initially, I thought it was a great idea, to have access view of your phone. But in using it for approx 2 years, I would say it works about half the time.The most recent issue I have been having is that I go to the dog park and open the app. Then it spends the next 20 minutes saying “ refreshing your smart keys”. Usually don’t have 20 minutes to wait around so I give up.Needless to say, I’m not very happy with the app.

We’ve been using Vizpin for about 6 years now for our salon suite multi unit franchise and it’s been great for us. The app is easy to use and our Professionals love being able to use an app. The scheduling works well, it’s easy to add and delete users and I must say we rarely ever have issues with the system. It’s bulletproof! Highly recommend this system.

I tried to give this lock system a fair chance. Our apartment complex used this system and it has been a thorn in my side the entire time we’ve lived there. I’ve been locked out of my home several times at no fault of my own. If there was an emergency and my phone was locked in my home I would have to roam the neighborhood and hope someone answers their door. Regular keys will always be better in my opinion.

I downloaded the app to use in accessing our community public spaces. It’s very simple to set up and super easy to use. Great tech and it works perfectly.
