Embody Me is a survey tool to conduct surveys using experience sampling methodology. When enrolled in a study, the app will prompt you several times per day at random times to complete a short survey about your level of body awareness. Please contact the SMARTLab at UVic to inquire about ongoing studies and request a participant ID.
