I love the app when it works. A lot of times I try to sync it and it just never sends the numbers. I get on and off the scale trying time and time again for it to only work occasionally. It really affects how often I log my progress, but if the developers worked on whatever glitch that is (or guided me in case it’s user error) the app would be amazing 100% of the time!I’d also like to suggest that for when it does work to make the errors indicating how body fat, muscle, hydration, etc have changed to be green if they’re going in a positive direction. I’d like it to have that option at least instead of looking at solely red arrows. I would love to have both red and green dependent on the direction my body is going. Thank you!

I will update this review if I can ever get the scale to actually sync with my phone. I don’t want to completely say what a waste of money this is because the actual scale is accurate and works well. However, every time I try to sync the scale with my iPhone 7 Plus it tells me to turn the scale on even though the scale is already on. If anyone has any thoughts on how to get it to work I’d greatly appreciate it! Thank you so much in advance.

Would be a 5 star app if the kg and lb setting would stay on. Literally have to manually go into settings and convert kg to lb, every... single... time... super annoying!

I had me scale for over 2 months and it’s still working fine and everyone in my house uses it.
