I love Podium! I highly recommend to any business owner that is looking for something for customer to be able to contact you easily with text messaging. We have a link on our website that customers click on and book 500% more calls from using Podium instead of a contact form that comes in an email form! It is also tied into all my social media pages so we don’t miss one message. Reviews! YES when I signed up with Podium we went from 50 Google reviews to almost 200 in less than a year I want to say 8 months! That’s just Google not including every other review sites like Facebook, BBB, Yelp, etc. All I can say is you definitely get more back than what you pay for the program! The customer service is amazing most all contact with Podium is text also unless you need to call but I haven’t had the need to call them since we set up our account. A Must Have!!! Thanks Podium!

People rely on the internet and reviews to guide them towards making the right purchase at a reputable establishment. By simply just asking a customer to give you a review goes out of sight out of mind when the customer leaves. With this app you can send a link via text or email to help get the review done for your business. In the world of smartphones this app is phenomenal to get your business ratings up. I send the link to all customers post sale and have had an 80% + success rate with customer reviews. It is much easier to give a review from your smartphone than it is getting to a desktop pc. Quite convenient!!! I love the podium app and will continue to be use it daily as it has brought me many customers. Thanks again.RegardsKevin B.

Podium Exposed!!!
My name is Jeffery Haynes. I went to a furniture market in Las Vegas and and was adamant about declining Podium. I had declined it the previous year before. The agent kept trying to persuade my wife by promising her unrealistic things. They will promise you 1,000 reviews on less than 30 days and a triple in business revenue. I told them that was a lie and totally not true. The Podium agent then claims he talked to his manager and gave me a 30 day temporary agreement. If he did not deliver on his promises I could cancel in 30 days. When we were presented the contract I specifically asked was it in there and they said yes it was. After 30 days and there was 0% increase, it was obvious they had lied to me. They reviewed the call and then knowingly said because it was not in writing. I told them was it in the contract and they lied and said yes. Please don’t do any business with these liars. I have contacted them numerous times and they wanted me to take half the cost and still end up charging me another full month. There is absolutely no value in this useless product. Please call me before you purchase!!!!

Love the idea of the app. However, it would be nice if instead of focusing on new features they focused on fixing the bugs. For example: Approximately half the time I open the app, it logs me out. Any time you go to assign a conversation to yourself, you scroll a bit, it glitches, and then it scrolls indefinitely through the same names. If your name is 15ish or further in line, you’re unable to assign conversations. Anytime you go to assign a conversation to yourself, the menu of names pops up twice. Not a huge issue but certainly annoying. I get the sense that the app works great for people connected to wifi. However, we use it in the field and generally have poor signal. The app effectively ceases to function without a very strong signal. I guess it is what it is but it would be awesome if the app actually worked as advertised.04/30 edit:We rely on Podium for our customers to send videos/photos to us so we can assess issues. Podium heavily compresses all media files so they are incredibly pixelated and blurry. This is a pretty major issue.
