1) Withings 2) Omron 3) fitbit
User can use any three of them health device and download data from cloud. It is not realtime with devices MyWellnessPortal only download data from cloud not direct from health device.

• User can view the schedule appointments created from the web version of MuyWellnessPortal.
My Health Information
•User Can maintain Social History , Family History , Problem List , Allergies , Immunization.
My Preventive Care
• User can create Preventive care component records 1) Immunization 2) Mammography 3) Pap Smear
My Health Risk
•User can maintain latest status of Cariak and Diabetic Risk and see the record analysis in gauge.
My Health Management
•User can create Hypertension and Diabetic components
